I have loved summer, but am so ready for some cooler weather here in Florida, and for Fall!
While surfing the net, I discovered some wood pumpkins. I thought, what a great way to use some of the many pallet wood scraps sitting in my shop! So here's what I came up with:

Unpainted scrap wood pumpkin |

I really liked them unpainted. But my need for some color won out and I have all this acrylic paint waiting to be used..... |
|
So here they are painted. I think they turned out really cute! |
Some other scrap wood decor. A wreath from wood scraps, and a Fabulous Fall sign.
|
FYI everything was nailed together with my handy dandy Ryobi Airstrike brad nailer that I LOVE! Pumpkins included. |
|
Well, it's a start anyway. Now for some cooler weather! |

And last years Fall wreath. |
When I took these pics a few weeks ago, it was hotter than Haiti. Now that I'm actually getting around to posting them we've had a tiny weeny bit cooler weather. Hallelujah!
